Brand & Packaging
We built Mensco’s product from the ground up—label + pack design, taglines, and on-pack claims that were clear, compliant, and conversion-minded. Dielines were finalised with vendors so the story on shelf matched the promise online.
Go-to-Market (GTM)
We mapped pricing, channels, and retail sell-in, then layered creator seeding → paid social → sampling. The plan sequenced awareness to trial to repeat, with assets tailored for each step in the funnel.
Production & Compliance
Coordinated daily with printers and co-packers, locked materials and specifications, and ensured claims/compliance were watertight. Outcome: the first production run delivered under budget and ready for retail timelines.
Performance & Iteration
Post-launch, we set a tight analytics loop: UTMs, creative naming, A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, and even micro-variants of packaging. We shipped fast iterations, killed weak performers, and scaled winners—optimising for sell-through and CPA, not vanity metrics.
