Content Calendar & Socials management

Plan once. Publish non-stop.

Think of this as your always-on content engine. I build a living monthly calendar with pillars, series, hooks and real-world dates (launches, seasons, promos). We balance the planned stuff (evergreen, campaigns) with smart reactive moments (trends, UGC, tasteful newsjacks) so you’re timely and consistent—no feast-and-famine posting.

Behind the scenes, it’s calm and organised: briefs, scripts, shot lists, an asset tracker and clear approvals. Everything lives in Notion/Airtable with version control, so there are zero rogue posts and no “where’s the file?” scavenger hunts.

Publishing is native and tidy. I schedule in Meta Suite/TikTok (or Hootsuite), tweak captions, hashtags, alt text and subtitles, and export the right ratios per platform. Accessibility is baked in. Every post has a job (awareness, engage, click, convert) and a matching CTA—no filler content, promise.

We don’t set-and-forget. You get a weekly pulse (what happened), a monthly retro (so-what) and a rolling test plan (now-what). Winners get scaled; duds get parked. Insights loop into ads too, so organic and paid make each other smarter.

What you get: a shareable calendar, hook bank, caption library, a neat template pack (reels/carousels/stories), sane asset-naming rules and a searchable content vault. Add-ons if you want them: creator sourcing, whitelisting and landing-page copy to keep the funnel smooth end-to-end.

Packages are simple: Lite (calendar + copy, 3 posts/week) if you’ve got in-house design; Core (calendar + copy + edits, 5 posts/week) where I shoot and cut the reels; and Plus (daily posting + community ops) for full service. Want paid plugged in? I’ll mark paid slots on the calendar, prep ad-ready cuts and sync UTMs so reporting lines up perfectly.
